Principal's Message

Thank you for choosing Ingenuity Charter School and welcome to the 2026-2027 school year!

As someone who grew up just a few blocks from our campus, I am honored to begin my fourth year at Ingenuity Charter School as your Principal. While this is my fourth year serving the Ingenuity community, my connection to this area began long before I joined the school. I graduated from Mount Miguel High School and continued my education at San Diego State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I later attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where I earned a Master’s degree in Teaching along with multiple teaching credentials.

From the start of my career, I knew I wanted to work in schools that serve the same community that helped shape who I am. After many years in the classroom, I pursued my Administrative Services Credential, which further strengthened my commitment to inclusive education, meaningful relationships, and creating systems that support the success of all students.

At Ingenuity Charter School, we believe every student deserves a learning environment where they feel supported, connected, and empowered to reach their goals. I am deeply committed to building strong partnerships with our students, families, staff, and community members, and I look forward to continuing that work throughout the school year.
